I have been with the company for 21 years.

What is your role?

I am a formulation scientist, primarily focused on oral solid dosage forms, also known as OSD.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Potentially improving someone’s life through solving formulation problems that enable a drug to move from Alcami development labs to our integrated manufacturing suites.

What are your team's latest achievements?

There are always ongoing sets of achievements in the formulations lab.  We are constantly problem-solving and focusing on efficiently and rapidly moving a drug through formulation to the clinical supply manufacturing facility.

How do you see those accomplishments affecting the pharmaceutical industry?

Getting a drug through the formulation stage of development in a timely manner allows the client to cost-effectively meet their milestones. This gives their product a higher probability of success.
