What is your role?

I am a lead chemistry analyst. I assist with training and scheduling, provide guidance in the lab, and perform routine testing. 

How long have you been with Alcami?

I joined Alcami in 2019. 

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping others, whether they be my fellow chemists in the lab, or patients, who are ultimately our end customers. 

What are your team’s latest achievements?

At the St. Louis facility, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities. The site is hiring new analysts and bringing in additional equipment to support our growing business. I have been involved in the interviewing process, and it has been very exciting to see the caliber of candidates looking to be a part of our team. 

How do you see those accomplishments affecting the pharmaceutical and biotech industries?

The additional capabilities will allow us to expedite turnaround times while maintaining a high level of compliance.
