Alcami can support a wide range of mass standards and lab weights, including commercial weights, high precision weights, and standard weights from 1 mg to 30 kg, in accordance with OIML R-111 and ASTM E617. Alcami’s approach to mass calibration and weight calibration is unlike any other calibration company. We use the highest quality equipment and implement industry-leading processes, which is part of what differentiates us. • We use three sets of identical weights to ensure calibration accuracy, whereas many labs only use one or two weight sets.

Environmentally Controlled Calibration Lab

Our 650ft² Class 10,000 mass lab features robust climate control systems that exceed ISO Class 10k and NIST Echelon I standards for clean-room cleanliness and environmental controls. The state-of-the-art lab features a seismically isolated mass comparator platform and the highest-quality calibration standards. In addition, it is tightly controlled at 21.5°C (±0.5°C) and 40 % RH (± 5%) to further reduce measurement uncertainty. Masy monitors our lab conditions 24/7 and halts calibrations if conditions stray from your environmental specifications. We record the environmental conditions on each calibration certificate to build greater confidence in our calibration services.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017-Accredited and Traceable Calibrations

We are proud to be Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 through ANAB, and all primary reference standards are traceable to recognized International Standards, allowing us to provide optimal measurement accuracy. Many of Alcami’s primary reference standards are sent directly to NIST for calibration and direct traceability.
